An all purpose caulk with extraordinary resilient and adhesive characteristics
• It contains an effective mildewstat which aids in the resistance to unsightly mildew growth on tubs shower tiles and all areas subject to continuous dampness
• Seals seams and bonds dissimilar building materials effectively
• It can be painted after it has cured and will not embrittle, crack or pull away from seams with age
• Use on flashing, around air conditioners, window frames, to set tile and sinks, or to seal common wood, plaster and Formica seams
• For use indoors or outdoors
• Tools easily
• No primer required except on teak wood
• Will not stain or bleed
• May be painted in 20 minutes under normal conditions
• Water cleanup if before it has cured
• Excellent flexibility and intermittent water contact does not weaken adhesion
• Tack free time: 10 -20 minutes under normal conditions
• Cure time: 48 hours (under normal conditions)
• Application temperatures: 40°F to 170°F
• Service temperatures after cured: -40° to 170°F
