Welcome to the Louis and Company website. Louis and Company does not collect personal information from visitors to this site unless the information is provided directly by the visitor or through the visitor's browser. We may ask you to provide personal information on the site, such as that described above This information may be gathered when you send us feedback or an e-mail, when you register for certain services, when you make purchases or respond to inquires on the site, or when we set cookies.
Currently we only employ a "cookie" (which is a file written to the visitor's computer that is used by some websites for record keeping or to remember certain information about visitors) for more accurate anonymous traffic analysis such as tracking the time/date of the visit, the page viewed and the referring website. This cookie does not include personal information.

Use of Data We Collect

It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. We use a variety of current technologies and processes for protection of our customer data. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities.
When you make a purchase, your transaction information is transmitted in a safe, encrypted format. We maintain the data you provide, along with a record of your purchases, in a secure database.

Privacy of Children on Our Web Site
Our web site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
